Sunshine Coast
A four days break was what the both of us really need especially pouring our hearts and soul into what we do best. Studies, assignments, work, presentation and more. After such a hectic year, it was right for us to get away from all these form of stressful activities. Not to mention dealing with all kinds of shitty people around who are self-centered and those who can't handle jealousy when seeing either of us succeed. To those two-faced devils, FUCK OFF!
Now that I'm feeling better, let me just summarize our trip to the Sunshine Coast. We had yum cha at Zilver Restaurant before heading to the airport. We were very excited as we were leaving for a place without worries, disturbances and any forms of distractions. It was an evening flight and with their time zone an hour earlier, we had plenty of time to scout around. Of course I did my homework to find out some of their tourist attractions.

On arrival, we took a pre-booked shuttle bus to Osprey Apartments. The view was fucking awesome! It is fully equipped with almost everything one home could have. And yes, I referred it to home.

We took heaps of photos of the decor but these are some of the best ones. We took a stroll into the city and it is definitely unlike Newcastle. Shops were open till late. There wee so many friendly faces. Families with prams and children can be spotted almost everywhere. Indeed, this is a place to be if you crave for relaxation. We decided to have dinner early because we were starving from the morning Dim Sum. I read a couple of reviews online and decided to try The Surf Club. I must say that we were really impressed. It wasn't pricey at all and the portions were huge. Satisfaction guaranteed!

It was good fun and then we head back for much needed rest winks. It was an early morning the very next day as we had to catch the courtesy shuttle bus to Australia zoo. We had big breakfast at the nearby cafe and then made our way to the zoo.

It was fucking awesome! We had a blast there looking at those cute animals and extraordinary performances. If it's not because of the late Steve Irwin, we wouldn't have such fun up to date. Thank you Crocodile Hunter, CRIKEY! We were pretty much drained on the way back but we dropped by Coles to grab some groceries for dinner and breakfast the next day.

Day 3 spelled wet & wild on our things to do list. Again, I've pre-booked a liquid getaway tour. Thankfully, we were the only passengers so it looked as if we chartered the whole boat. How nice teehee. Anyway the boat ride was really exciting. Our Captain Brett from South Africa brought us around the river with lots of amazing houses valued up to tens of millions of Australian dollars. He even brought us to Steve Irwin's family house. There he showed us his boat where he was killed too. After the guided tour, he ramped up his boat to 30 knots and before you know it, we were at sea. And apparently he saw a real life shark! Not a big one, but enough to make me shit in my pants, not literally of course.

This is a definite must to try when you're at the Sunshine Coast. We were also treated to such an awesome weather. We didn't wanna leave! Next stop was The Underwater World! Yet again, we used to express lane as we had already booked them. It is not as big as Sydney Aquarium but you just gotta love the animal performances, sooooo cuteeeeee.....

When the evening was slightly cooler, we head down to the beach for a little stroll. There were plenty of photos taken again, but I'm not posting all of them duhhh.

*I Love You*Earlier Brett recommended us the best seafood place in Sunshine Coast. His own words, "The Deck has the best seafood in Sunshine Coast because their seafood are fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh!" hahahaha. True enough we weren't a bit disappointed. We had a feast of seafood and went home extremely satisfied.
*The love of my life*Our final day was a slow, take it easy walk at the mall. We even watched 'Skyline' at the movies. It was surprisingly good actually. We also had some rare snacks only found there. I almost choked at one stage because I was too greedy consuming all of it at once haha

*Baked potato with sour cream, cheese and bacon ORGAZMIK*I end this post with a smile on my face. We had a blast and its all worth it especially spending time with the girl I love most. It just bring us that much closer and I do feel that our love bond grows ever much stronger. Thank you baby for loving me. I cherish every second spent with you.
